I have the awards to prove my asset and my contributions to both organizations.

In all my blinded journeys of self-discovery in these organizations, I would never anticipate that my excited promotions would turn into realities of mistrust, lies, and deceit of the worst forms of human morals that I would be subjected to.

The mentors that I thought I could look up to and learn from in the USPS became selfish individuals that would make their truth hard for even me to accept.

The League leaders of this non-profit organization spill over into greed of members dues. The evidence reveals itself in internal legal processes of employee protection. The USPS employees your LEAGUE members and the OIG controls both! So you figure this out, who feeds who and who will help you when your human errors occur???

The League of Postmasters cannot protect you in adverse action. The League of Postmasters cannot protect you in proper judicial treatment. The MPOOs of USPS and the OIG are your worst nightmares of intimidation. If you are a criminal, you will be prosecuted and should be.

But if you are speculated to be by an MPOO, OIG or the League; you are truly GUILTY until proven innocent! Heed this warning not as joke or rhetorical device. Heed this warning as a fact of truth that will never be told until wronged employees and League members speak the truth.

I attended events for the League. I promoted their training classes. I coordinated many classes to help educate Postmasters and PMRs. I received their awards and praises too.

I also talked with the City Carriers, heard the Rural Carriers, and worked beside the clerks. Let me tell you that there are wonderful employees in USPS and a very select honest workers in the League of Postmasters. This is for the truth that does exist in the employees that make this company great.

But the bottom line, when you are facing trouble whether due to a simple human error or paper error; you will not be processed as a potential innocent victim. You will persecuted as a guilty criminal until proven INNOCENT!!!

You cannot trust MPOOs. You cannot trust your Postmasters. You cannot trust those you call friends because in the end, it’s your job or theirs! Who do you think they will silence or speak up for…you or their job!!!

The lies that National League of Postmasters speak of in protecting jobs and securing proper justice in adverse cases is a lie. You will receive consultation that bears no LEGAL justice or representation.

Most employees who choose to stay on, do so, because of intimidation and fear of losing their bread and butter on their table. Well, I grew up on an income that afforded the real blessings in life and a salary is a job; not a neccessity to me. When the happiness ran out of this occupation and the demons were revealed within; it was time to separate from the companies of these devious individuals.

I watched silently as MPOOs would make racial remarks about employees. I silently kept my mouth shut working with MPOOs who would intentionally break the rules and the laws of the USPS (in the grey areas of regulations) and never say a word. I saw when employees were struggling to do their jobs and offered my personal help but I never proceeded to inform these MPOOs of their duties to check up on these employees that needed assistance…even though their files would reveal that MPOOs were suppose to! I didn’t stand up or speak out for fear of my own job.

I didn’t feel that my low level of employee status could stand up against the knowledge of a higher level MPOO and their educational knowledge to do their job. But I saw it, why didn’t they? I saw some of these employees lose their jobs because of their struggles and lack of proper training and education from these managers!

I also heard the tales of MPOO assistants leaking private information of employees. What happened to employee trust and protection in the USPS? We take an oath to protect public interests but who protects the employees in USPS or the League? It is not USPS, OIG or the National League of Postmasters.

I know how an auditor screwed up on financially accountability and the employee paid the repercussions of this error but the auditor received nothing of their human error because the blame was placed on the separated employee in USPS!!!

I could have been a good whistle blower on the USPS and the League of Postmasters. Am I an ex-employee seeking revenge…NO! But I admitting truth of the human error that found me on this new journey that I find myself on now. I am giving this truth to others to protect theirself that are left behind in this company and the LEAGUE organization!!!

I will not reveal my name for fear of retailiation and further prosecution from USPS or League members! You know who you are and what you have did!

But I am fed up with the silence that robs truth from these organizations. If you are an employee, beware! If you are considering employment in this company, beware! If you are a member of the National League of Postmasters, beware!

Take your due money and seek out your own contract criminal defense lawyers for your own protection with your real USPS friends in your immediate areas. The USPS breaks down 3 digit zip codes for delivery. USPS employees could embark on their own 3 digit contracts with Criminal Defense lawyers to protect you should a human error.

The LEAGUE, the OIG, and the USPS will not protect you. You could do this just as the League PAYS for Adverse Action counselors that can do nothing but get you a best deal for a GUILTY plea! This is not a fair judicial system. It is not a real court of law. You have no rights when it comes down to it!

Because unlike me, most cannot afford any other bread and butter than what USPS employment provides their families. Do not plead guilty to charges that you do not commit! This is truthful things that I found out too late!!! Don’t become a silent statistic too!

The truth is, there are many citizens who suffer because of the system and laws that you create and implement. The dependency that you create for individuals hooked up on checks are for your benefit too. People and stats become your job security! The more individuals you have on the federal and state programs, the longer your career will last. Stop this nonsense and give back to our citizens with tools to help them and not continue them on in this dependant government that you have created.

I have plenty of voice that will be revealed in due time of my status in this state. I was a child of Incest that this state did nothing to protect. My biological father was my abuser. The state allowed this man back into our home and then put him to work for our welfare check into our public school system as a janitor which could have subjected many children to future abuse from this man.

I commend Judge Stephens of McDowell County for standing up and putting my dad in prison for 5 years as the felon label that he deserved. However, it did not spare my family from ritual, mental and physical from this man from 1984-1992; when he became sentenced.I will spend a lifetime in recovery scraping away the elements of PTSD because of the trauma that you created too by not protecting us children!

When my dad first molested my younger and sister and me; we really believed the adults that he would OK and that we would be OK. It was not until he molested me again that I knew that pedophiles can never change.

However, I would like our state to know that because of their poor judgment and their personal selfish reasons; our children do get left behind in society and the adults that they become…because of this abuse; they will get left behind too.

I did graduate high school and am working on my college degree now. But this nonsense has to stop.

So wake up West Virginia. The reasons we are labeled as Incestuous, Domestic Violence, Rednecks, Hillbillies and ignorant asses is because our state fails to acknowledge the truth of the people who do live here and offering real help of rehabilitation and education to the needs of these generational diseases.

This is a beautiful state full of common sense and morals of living when you scrap off all of the lies. We have had many individuals who have risen above the silence in our state but there is still more work to be done to help ALL of our citizens. Get out and talk to our people, travel in the hollers and the valleys and you will see for yourself.

I am woman enough to admit the failures of my own life and working through what ever comes my way to protect myself and my daughter. I do hope that you are smart enough with your education to wake up and realize that substance abuse, dependency on government and state programs and abuse occurs not just in families like mine; but in the very system that we elect you to protect us and our children too.

I believe in our state and even though, they have wronged my mother, father, sister, brother and me; I have hope that one day…I will be one of these educated individuals who will be able to stand on the Capital steps speaking the truth and making a difference to the lives that still suffer every day here.I have hope in the humanity of those in this world that showed me the way of truth. I will pay this forward and give it back to a state whose natural beauty is breathless and one day, our accomplishments and contributions will leave the rest of the world speechless in our accomplishments. It is my desire to make that happen one day!!! Watch out West Virginia…here I come:)

My son came to you in reception – you had him until yr 5 – thats kind of a long time for you to bully him – but you see, I believed you when you seemed so nice!

Now that we have moved him to another school (hey and one we dont have to pay for too) – we realise just how little of all this was his fault! He is not naughty, he did not deserve all the dmerits you gave him…talking in the lunch hall is normal – all the kids do it – but why was it only my son who got punished – ditto choir practice…ditto assembly. How comes, when he was doing the exact same thing as another child, it was always him who got the punishment. How comes you believed other kids when they blamed him – even though one of your teachers admitted that you knew the other kid was lying!

Yes, my child was one of the few white ones in the school – and yes, its much harder to blame the black kids because you may have been accused of racism! Cowards – you do no one any good by doing this! I dont have a problem with race, class, colour, sex, etc etc – I just have a problem with bad behaviour!

For a while, I even began to believe that my child was bad! How does that make me feel now? Well, not great – but I love him so much!

So – when things got too bad (and you threatened to suspend him for all those little things adding up – not for violent behaviour, not for distracting the class…no, for talking in choir and not lying or blaming someone else (as a different teacher suggested he should do “play them at their own game!”) we moved him.

Now, when you had him in reception, we asked if he might be ADD or ADHD – why did you have him for all that time and fob us off that we were being unreasonable? Why is it that the new school had him for one week and asked us to go and get him checked for ADD????

You were so very good at telling us that our child was kind, helpful, polite – oh so polite – yet you were still on his case all the time. Did you have any idea how upset you made him? No probably not – because you never saw him crying in the toilets! You never had to comfort him when he came down crying in the night. And yes – we tried to tell you, we wrote letters, we spoke to you formally and informally – but all you saw was the confident face that he portrayed at school – the one that wouldnt cry in front of you because he would be teased! If you liked him so much, why did you treat him so mean?

My child is now relaxed – and normal! Well as normal as an ADD kid will ever be – and thats pretty normal for him! Teachers notice he is ADD, not because he is badly behaved, because he doesnt concentrate well. He has also been flagged as gifted and talented but his confidence is so low following your input!

The first week at his new school I went to buy dinner tickets – the dinner lady said hi to him. Whilst still in “old school mummy” mode, I questioned how she knew him so soon – she said because he was one of her quiet ones – he is so polite and helpful – so caring of the littler ones – and always said thank you and offered to help! How could this be the same child that was threatened with suspension from the last school?

Finally, I have come to the point that I can now say that my child was not to blame – he is a child and is doing what 9 year old boys do! He is also very intelligent and a very loveable young boy! His last school got it all wrong – but they will never accept this and, to be honest, I will never bother trying to get them to see it! No child is ever an angel – and mine isnt either – but he is just a “normal” kid – perhaps a little more polite, caring and intelligent than some others – he is not what the first school made us (and him) think he was – he is not naughty or bad – he doesnt constantly challenge authority!!! He just doesnt concentrate well and frustrates teachers who dont “get him”.

I wish other teachers would read this and take away a very small part of it to think about! I guess the good ones will – and thats why they are the good ones. The less good ones – well they will just read this as a mother who views her child through rose-tinted glasses and who doesnt understand the pressures of a class of 30 children. I would just add that he was in a private school with 8-10 children in a year – oh and that his year one teacher didnt have her contract renewed because she told my child to stay at home because he learned more at home with me!

You try to tell me it is city wide, all the way to Jacksonville.  Seriously, you are trying to say that a 300 mile wide section of the state is without phone and internet?   You say this to me while I am calling from a friend’s phone… who by the way has phone service THROUGH YOU!!

One of your technicians has filled us in, you give us these crazy excuses to avoid telling the truth, our whole street needs to be rewired!  He told us our area is known as ‘section 6’ and the call centers are told to make up reasons for no service just to shut us up.  All so you can save money and not find the real source of the freaking problem.

If we could move or switch companies I would in a heartbeat, but until then there is a big sack of crappy diapers just waiting for you.
