Life
How can something so wonderful make us feel so bad at times. We should embrace life everyday.. but how can one embrace life when they suffer mental anguish. Granted when I look at my own mental anguish it is nothing compared to losing a family member, but in its own horrible way, it does feel like that at times.
You yourself are supposed to be able to control your actions and thoughts at your own will but how can you can control your own thoughts if that thought keeps popping back up again and again etc. It is like a vicious cycle in your head that you can’t seem to break.
How do you break this cycle I hear you ask??
I cannot answer this question as I have not broken this cycle yet, but when I do find the answer I will let you know.
