Dear Heart,
Your betrayal is cruel. I need you to understand that you must listen to the mind that tells you stop feeling this. I tell you daily of the constant struggle that my mind goes through when it demands for you to cease the pounding when he sees me.
You traitor heart, who fills my head with visions of something that can never be. As I slowly bind you dfrom feeling love for him, you only fool me and leave me breathless. He walk over to me, and you beat as hard and fast as my prisoner thoughts take over. You leave me empty, for there is a barrier between you and the heart of S. It shall never be yours, you will never be his.
Dear foolish heart, stop beating beating for him. Don’t betray me again because if you do, you will find yourself breaking.

I don’t have to see the one that causes me daily pain. I can’t imagine your heart break. My heart break is that by his actioins he made me walk away, never seeing his face, feeling his arms around me. Which he tortured me silently with. I do feel for your pain. Be strong and true to yourself, whatever that may be to you.
